If not now, when? If not me, then who?
While there is no magic bullet, no pill, no one super food that will eliminate pain and suffering in the world, there is a greater power that transcends our physical existence. When I made the conscious choice to challenge my ego and over-thinking, logical mind with unwavering faith in an all-knowing omnipotent G-d, a lot of my worry, anxiety and hopelessness dissipated. When I feel lonely and defective, I remind myself that “I am healthy. I am whole. I am blessed. And I am loved.”
