If not now, when?  If not me, then who?

While there is no magic bullet, no pill, no one super food that will eliminate pain and suffering in the world, there is a greater power that transcends our physical existence.  When I made the conscious choice to challenge my ego and over-thinking, logical mind with unwavering faith in an all-knowing omnipotent G-d, a lot of my worry, anxiety and hopelessness dissipated.  When I feel lonely and defective, I remind myself that “I am healthy. I am whole. I am blessed. And I am loved.”

Think good and it will be good.   -The Rebbe

People with chronic illness tend to catastrophize, view situations as worse than they actually are.  The antidote for negative thinking is to immediately put a happy thought in your head, count your blessings and fill your mind with positive affirmations.
